Elvira Berisha is a journalist, author, and expert in public communication. She holds a degree in journalism from the University of Prishtina. With over 10 years of experience in the media industry and non-governmental organizations, Elvira has made significant contributions to the field. Her insightful articles and captivating television stories have been featured in reputable publications such as the daily newspaper “Koha Ditore” and the esteemed television station KTV. Through her impactful writings, Elvira has played a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the cultural scene in Kosovo in recent years. In addition to her journalistic achievements, Elvira is a co-author of the monograph on Nexhmije Pagarusha, which was published in September 2019. 

Her dedication to the advancement of journalism is evident through her involvement as a board member of the Association of Journalists of Kosovo (2018-2021). In this role, she spearheaded and monitored the implementation of projects aimed at creating a safe and conducive environment for the media in Kosovo. 

Currently, Elvira is providing her expertise and support to the Accessible and Quality Healthcare Project team. This Swiss-funded project is implemented by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute based in Basel.
